Cheesenut grew from a heartfelt fondness for sweet, whimsical felt characters and our mission to preserve Nepal’s timeless hand-felting heritage across remote mountain communities. Fueled by ACF’s extensive global creative network, we aim to build a one-of-a-kind designer-led wool art brand — a niche largely missing from today’s felt market — turning fine art and contemporary design into tangible wool creations. 

Every fluffy little piece is crafted with premium ethically sourced wool from New Zealand family sheep farms, tinted entirely with gentle plant-based dyes free from harsh chemicals — perfectly safe for tiny hands, kids’ play and gifting.

We serve as core collaborative partners to established Nepalese local workshops. Beyond straightforward product purchasing, we provide consistent technical guidance and joint product development support side-by-side with local makers, co-creating imaginative, design-forward felt works that transcend conventional generic felt crafts.
